Sedna Speaks....
 
I am here to help end suffering for humanity. My story is in no way pretty, as I was let down and literally pulled apart, and that led me to the depths of both my psyche and my physicality. The trauma that came to me through not only my husband but also my father meant that I could never look back to the past, which had become an outdated model for me to live from anyway.
 
From that traumatic mortal death, I surrendered into stillness and trust as I drifted to the seabed beneath the ice. It was through this metamorphosis, when I was held by the Sea Temple herself and the Sacred Feminine, that I was healed in such a mysterious and profound manner that new life began to sprout from my fingers into the whales, orcas, dolphins, narwhals, sea lions and walruses of the Arctic, in abundance.
 
My story from the deep fuses all the Arctic lands and Inuit-linked tribes that have remained untouched by traditional history, so my whispers remain strong and true as they continue to honour me. These whispers have since been carried throughout the ages by the songs of the whales, who carry my truth across the oceans and onto the land. It is through their song that I arrive to you in the warmer seas, to remind you that whenever there is a catalyst for change, you too can reclaim your power and transform your deepest wounds into spiritual wisdom.
 
I am a change-bringer and, when I was combined with Uranus as some of these waters were shared in ceremony, an alchemical platform of ice and fire was created for you to absorb into your etheric body for cohesion, renewal and the web of creation, as you too are a God-Goddess waiting to be reborn through the Great Mother's Womb.
 
My story is one of courage, trust and belief in another way, and that way, for me, was through trusting the stillness and the teachings of the deep Mother Ocean, who held me as I drifted to the ocean floor. I pass on, through ancient tradition, the interconnectedness of all living beings and the co-existence we share. We must seek to live in harmony and hold deep respect for nature so that all may thrive. Through the indigenous shamanic wisdom of the Inuit, I also seek to reinforce humanity's bond with marine ecosystems, sustainability and environmental stewardship.
 
As a reddish dwarf planet, I am full of ice, with an oval-shaped orbit of over 11,000 years. I traverse the Oort Cloud, a vast spherical field of icy debris that surrounds our Solar System. I act as an energetic boundary between us and interstellar space. I am a platform for beyond the beyond, where there are many other galaxies and systems.
 
Allow yourself to sink to the bottom. I am here to help you move through your barriers and become comfortable with the uncomfortable, for this too shall pass. There are so many ways for you to connect with me as I rise from the depths of transformation towards personal sovereignty. This is my sea legacy for you.

Assist in working with feelings of suffering that arise from being a victim of circumstance (betrayal and abandonment), transforming those feelings into self-empowerment, sovereignty and creation.
Act as a catalyst for initiation (from crisis to soul purpose), allowing you to face adversity, embrace this point of change and move through it, supporting you as you reclaim your power and manifest a spiritual heart.
Clear the pain held within your life lessons. This process may also highlight issues within the collective field, whether patriarchal, generational or arising from major upheaval.

General Suggestions on How to Use:
For an instant connection with Sedna's Whale Song spray these water droplets in an 'S' shape above your head, as far as your arm will comfortably reach. Close your eyes and, when you feel the droplets pass your nose, breathe them into your heart. Visualise the energy flowing into your sacral chakra (just above your hips) and awakening your inner sacred waters.
 
For a deeper connection with Sedna's Whale Song:
Settle into your heart with conscious breathing, allowing yourself to soften and relax inwards. With the essence bottle, spray a circle around your whole body, creating a sphere for your underwater connection with Sedna. Again, breathe the droplets down through your ascension column and into your fingers and toes.
With your imagination, visualise yourself within this sphere as you slowly descend to the floor of the ocean (where you can breathe freely). Journey towards Sedna's cave and feel her Arctic presence welcoming your arrival. Sit quietly with Sedna, the Primordial Mother Alchemist, before asking for her guidance.
