General suggestions on ‘How to use’.
For an instant connection with Temples of Light: Gently share the water droplets into a mountain shape, approx.7-8 sprays as far as your arm will reach above the crown of your head. Gently close your eyes, as the droplets pass your nose, breathe the droplets in towards your high-heart (thymus) and then visualise the energy moving upward toward your pineal gland and the crown of your head.
