How to Use:
Gently tap underneath the bottle three times with a thought or feeling of how you want the droplets to help you.
When ready, spray the Moon Essence from your left shoulder to your right shoulder, creating an arc shape overhead. As the droplets reach you, take a deep breath inwards and visualise the droplets reaching your sacral chakra area (the area below belly button and above your hip area).

All orders received before 3pm (UK) are normally dispatched the next working day. UK orders are sent via either Royal Mail or UPS for next day delivery.
International orders are normally sent via Royal Mail or again UPS but delivery time will vary dependant on each country.
All customers will be sent notifications that their orders have been dispatched and where applicable a tracking number for the package.
If you have any specific shipping requirements, we advise you to contact us before making an order but if you have already made an order then we will work with you to fulfil your requirements as much as possible.

We sincerely hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Regrettably due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept requests for refunds on any of the essences unless they a faulty. For the purposes of clarity, a fault would only include damage to the bottle in anyway, damage or in-effective atomiser or the contents have leaked out.
All products go through a very rigorous check before posting and are packaged carefully, so it is highly unlikely that a product should arrive with any damage whatsoever.
In the event you have made an error and ordered the wrong product and as long as the product has not been used in anyway, we are more than happy to exchange this for you without question or provide a credit note for future use. Please note in this case you would be responsible for all postage costs including returning the product ordered in error and for us sending you a replacement. If the error was from our side, we would of course cover all postage costs.
