Regrettably due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept requests for refunds on any of the essences unless they a faulty. For the purposes of clarity, a fault would only include damage to the bottle in anyway, damage or in-effective atomiser or the contents have leaked out.
All products go through a very rigorous check before posting and are packaged carefully, so it is highly unlikely that a product should arrive with any damage whatsoever.
In the event you have made an error and ordered the wrong product and as long as the product has not been used in anyway, we are more than happy to exchange this for you without question or provide a credit note for future use. Please note in this case you would be responsible for all postage costs including returning the product ordered in error and for us sending you a replacement. If the error was from our side, we would of course cover all postage costs.
