As soon as the waters were brought together, here, in Devon, a very large white tailed Bumble bee flew directly overhead, sharing its blessing and low vibrational ‘buzz’. The Venus crystal family that had been gathering the energies from the Cosmic Classroom ™  in Avebury, was placed in chakra order around the water on the outside of the bowl, whilst a clear tetrahedron quartz was placed in the water. These waters were left in the star garden during the peak height of the Sun at Solstice, whilst Venus came into alignment with the Pleiades. General suggestions on ‘How to use’.

For an instant connection and Energy top up: Spray Cosmic Heart in a halo/circle shape, approx. five sprays above the crown of your head, as high as your arm will reach. As the droplets pass your nose, breathe the droplets in towards your heart and visualise your heart expanding to meet the edges of your aura/ energy field in a delicate silver and white colour.

 

For a deeper connection with Cosmic Heart:

• Take a few centred breaths and sink your awareness into your heart centre. Create a moment to feel how you want the energies of the droplets to assist. For example, ‘I wish to add my heart’s desire with the Cosmic Heart. Thank you’. Or ‘I ask that I be lovingly held within the Temple of Love, with the energies of graciousness, and compassion, Thank you’. Or ’May I resonate with the energy of the Bees this day, singing my song of harmony and be of service wherever I go. Thank you.’ Or ‘I ignite my heart with the energies of our Sun, vitalising the starlight that I hold within. • Play some gentle music. Tap the bottle three times underneath to fully connect with the energy droplets. 

• Say out aloud how you want the droplets to assist (your intention – see above)

• Either spray a large heart shape above your head, breathing the droplets inwards as they pass your nose. Or alternatively, spray 5 times in a rose shape above your head to reach as far above your head, towards your stellar gateway chakra.

• Breathe inwards as the droplets pass your nose and sweep the rest of the droplets around the whole of your body, lifting each foot, sweeping the energy upwards past your spine, so that you are creating a circle of these droplets with the whole of your energy field. When you sweep over the top of your head, bring your hands together on your heart.

• Pause to receive the Satellite Divine energy and guidance. Allow the subtle vibrations to be within you. Move your body if you feel guided.
